Shareholding, human resources and organizational performance
This research project aims to analyze the effects of the different forms, both direct and indirect, of employee self-expression and speech on organizational performance. Studying the interaction effect between traditional (indirect via unions) and new (direct via means of employee self-expression) forms of employee speech on company performance will also enable a unified framework for analyzing the "voice" effect. Studies will be conducted to analyze whether there are interaction effects between certain company characteristics (the nature of their shareholding, the degree of equality of treatment between men and women, etc.) and the different forms of employee speech on the performance of organizations.
