Structural, individual and financial characterization of farms according to the management of hygiene issues: the case for orchards and vineyards

We will try to grasp which factors favor the setup of an environmental friendly hygiene management system. Are taken into account:
– Individual characteristics (supervisor and rest of staff)
– Structural characteristics: field acreage, type of production, etc.
– Financial characteristics: indebtedness, turnover, etc.
