The project aims to explore professional trajectories and wage inequalities taking into account heterogeneity at company level. Articles will be able to focus on the link between the composition of the company/establishment in terms of profession, gender and (foreign) origin of workers on wage inequalities between respectively: professional categories, men or women, and origin. The project also comprises studies which will focus on the link between residential situations on a fine scale and professional situation. This research will help understand the way in which geographical and professional segregation mutually feed each other.
