CITRUS : Company restructuring index

The CITRUS application (Coordination of Information and Processing on the Restructuring of Statistical Units) collects and supplies information on company restructuring to the public statistical authorities. From an economic perspective, restructuring encompasses all operations that have an impact on the current productive activity (production operations and gross fixed capital formation) economic units (legal units being companies) through transfers of business activities, including the transfer, lease or provision of all or part of the productive assets between two or more legal units.
