The surveys cover descriptive characteristics of orchards' production potential: types, age, planting density. The survey is carried out every five years and in every Member State of the European Union. In France, it covers most fruit productions: apricot, cherry, plum, apple, pear and peach trees, citrus, kiwis and walnut trees.
