The objective of the survey on the Impact of the health crisis on company organization and business practices is to measure the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on the activity of companies located on French territory (metropolitan France and overseas departments including Mayotte), active on March 1st, 2020. The survey covers the upstream (production factors, including management and availability of labour, teleworking, supply chains) and downstream (decline or cessation of production, disappearance of markets, production of new products, restructuring) during the lockdown period and then during the recovery period. The main themes of the survey are: - Changes in activity - Factors having most impacted the company activity - Employment situations in the immediate response to the lockdown - Evolution of the employment offer and investments over time - Relations with partners and suppliers - Use of support measures - Evolution of research and development activities - Direct and indirect costs due to implementing measures related to the health crisis - Envisaged development of teleworking - Modification of the location of the company activity. The survey also addresses the longer term consequences on the company activity: measuring the prospective impact of the crisis on the business activity, assessing the impact on the organization of the company, and the choice of its suppliers.
