EACE IAA : Survey on energy consumption in agri-food industry

The Annual Survey on Energy Consumption in the Agri-Food Industry is carried out in establishments with 20 employees or more. The objective is: to measure energy consumption (in quantity and value) by type of energy (electricity, natural gas, wood, etc.) as well as the uses made of this consumption in industry; and to measure the value of energy purchases by industrialists. Establishments in the AFI, previously surveyed by the SSP Agriculture, were surveyed for the first time via the Insee survey. Division 12 (tobacco) has also been included in the scope of the survey. It should be noted that the commercial craft industry is not included in the scope of the survey.
