PHEBUS DPE : Survey on the performance of homes, equipment, energy needs and uses - energy performance diagnosis

The aim of Survey on the Performance of Homes, Equipment, Energy Needs and Uses, Energy Performance Diagnosis is to provide a snapshot of the energy performance of the primary residence stock, by enabling analysis according to the characteristics of their occupants, household and automobile equipment, their energy uses and energy consumption. It should also enable the study of fuel poverty, by comparing income and the share of energy expenditure, as well as more subjective questions on satisfaction in terms of heating. The survey has two parts. The Energy Performance Diagnosis (EPD) component provides an estimate of a home's energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of the accommodation.
