M_INTNOUA :

Aggregated new contract interest rates data (the M_INTNOUA table) lists the interest rates on new contracts in euros concluded with non-financial companies, sole traders, individuals and non-profit establishments serving households resident in France or non-resident EMUM (Member States of the monetary union). This document will be used by the Banque de France to compile the interest rate statistics on new contracts required by European Central Bank Regulation ECB/2013/34 of September 24, 2013.
