DynPG prediction tool improvement for graft failure by adding new longitudinal variables (proteinuria, lymphopenia, dnDSA, non-adherence), leveraging SNDS and DIVAT data. AI methods will be tested to enhance prediction. The ultimate goal is to support nephrologists and integrate the tool into remote monitoring systems.
