This project aims to calculate indicators of job and work quality at various levels (notably at the sectoral and firm levels) by drawing on multiple databases containing indicators on various dimensions of job and work quality. The goal is to document the available indicators that could be used for public policy purposes to ensure adequate levels of job and work quality across different sectors and firms. In particular, this work aims to explore concrete quantification tools that social partners could use in their discussions and negotiations regarding employment and work.
