Social regulations in small subcontracting companies

We will target French companies of around 50 employees, and the whole set of processes which participate in the production of rules structuring the social relations within these companies. We will mostly use qualitative methods (interviews and observations), and target companies in the Lower-Normandy area. We will thus have regional statistics and will be able to observe the results from monographic studies. We will yet need the REPONSE survey data to build national statistics for small French companies, including those involved in subcontracting relations. Such a construct would enable a more reliable relativity of the qualitative results, as well as to produce rare statistical analysis solely on small sized companies.
