Organizational, physical and psycho-social factors contributing to accidents at work

The aim of this project is to identify the determinants of work-related accidents linked to the organization, to work situations and the interconnections between these. It will investigate the factors related to the structure and organization of the company, the factors related to the management and to company policy, the psychosocial factors and the physical factors which determine the incidence of work accidents. This study will identify the joint effects of multiple exposure to psychosocial factors and physical factors by adjusting for other individual factors influencing the relationship between these, notably health care consumption.
