Evaluation of the socio-economic impact of public policies on the real estate market

POLIMMO
The POLIMMO project aims to analyze the impact of property taxation and public housing-related policies on territorial dynamics, residential behavior, and inequalities in access to housingin France. The project seeks to assess to what extent local policies (surcharges on second homes, regulation of short-term rentals, land-use and planning policies) and national policies (tax incentives for home ownership, urban planning regulations) influence real estate markets, prices, residential mobility, land use, and the socio-economic structure of territories.
