Health and professionnal career

The aim of this project is to study the consequences of individuals' professional mobility on their health status and healthcare consumption. The study will cross-reference CNAV data, which traces individuals' professional careers in the Constances cohort with the DADS-Postes and FARE data. By identifying establishments which close down or are subject to huge layoffs, we can estimate the causal effect of job loss on healthcare consumption (drugs, hospitalizations, total consumption). The financial situation of the company will also be compared with the health of the individuals working there.
