LivLait : Cow's milk deliveries by producer and purchaser
Authorisation: Statistical Confidentiality Committee
Collecting data on deliveries of cow's milk per producer made it possible to follow the milk references within the framework of the quotas (between 2007 and 2015). Currently, these data offer sound knowledge of the sector and its evolution.
