The Pipa survey complements the other Acemo surveys by providing a range of information (number of companies involved, number of employees benefiting, etc.) on profit-sharing, incentive schemes, employee savings, supplementary health insurance, supplementary pensions and employee share ownership. A specific feature of the survey is that it provides detailed data by sector of activity, in particular on the allocation of profit-sharing and on the origin of funds deposited in savings plans at the company level.
The survey covers companies located in metropolitan France, companies with 10 or more employees located in metropolitan France from 2007 onwards and companies with 10 or more employees in France overall (excluding Mayotte) from 2018 onwards. The survey covers the private and semi-public sectors, excluding agriculture, domestic services for individuals, public administration, hospitals, non-market education and social action governed by the law of 1901.
