Admission Post-Bac (APB) was the name of the digital platform of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation active between 2009 and 2017, from which high school graduates (high school students, apprentices or students) could apply to enter the first year of a higher education program in France. APB provides access to almost all post-baccalaureate programs, whether selective (preparatory classes, BTS, DUT) or non-selective (universities). More specifically, this information covers applicants, institutions, programs, admission proposals, and requests for further study and transfer in higher education. This data is taken from the APB platform and frozen as of September 30 of year N, the date corresponding to the end of the APB assignment process. Launched in 2018, the Parcoursup procedure replaced APB for post-baccalaureate higher education admissions procedures.
