The Student Monitoring Information System (SISE) for Enrolments lists all enrolments completed on 15th January of year N in the various higher education establishments. It concerns registrations taken into account for year N-1 and year N. Each enrolment is related to a student identified by their INE number, to a degree course identified by its SISE code and to a location identified by its UAI-RNE number. The purpose of this data collection is to obtain information on the number of students and their socio-demographic characteristics; to study the course of study in public and private higher education establishments; and to study migration and educational origins. SISE Culture Enrolments records student enrolments in arts, culture, and architectural colleges.
