CASD is now hosting the statistical databases on crime recorded by the national police and gendarmerie, produced by the Ministerial Statistical Service for Internal Security (SSMSI).
These databases cover the period 2016–2024 and are drawn from the administrative data of the internal security forces. They provide information on offences (crimes, misdemeanours, and contraventions), victims, and suspects.
Researchers can now submit an access request through the data access portal: cdap.casd.eu
EDDI 2026, the 18th European DDI Users Conference, will be held in person in Brussels from November 30 to December 4, 2026 — with tutorials, conference sessions and a hackathon — and the call for proposals is now open.
