Rupture conventionnelle : Contractual termination

Information on contractual terminations has been compiled since 2009 in response to requests made. This information concerns in particular the employees (age, gender, profession, length of service in the company, remuneration, attendance at a preliminary interview) and the contractual termination (termination indemnity, legal indemnity, planned date of termination of the employment contract, etc.). Data on the employing establishment (sector of activity, number of employees) were then collected by means of a match with the SIRUS statistical directory of establishments.
