ACEMO-DSE : Labour force activity and working conditions - survey on company level social dialogue
Authorisation: Statistical Confidentiality Committee
The Labour force activity and working conditions - survey on company level social dialogue (ACEMO-DSE) is an annual survey carried out since 2006 by the Directorate for Research, Studies and Statistics (DARES) of the Ministry of Labor, as part of the Activity and Employment Conditions of the Workforce Survey (ACEMO).
It provides information on the employee representative bodies present in companies, the existence of collective bargaining and agreements signed. It also measures annually the proportion of companies that have experienced one or more collective strikes, and finally, it enables the calculation of a total volume of individual days not worked (JINT) due to strikes. The scope of the survey covers companies with 10 or more employees in the non-agricultural market sector in metropolitan France. All companies in the transport, energy and telecommunications sectors are included, including public sector companies and large national companies: EDF, GDF-Suez, SNCF, RATP, France Telecom and La Poste.
