MDST : Structural modifications

The Structural Modifications files identify transfers of activity between companies. The largest firms have been matched according to Annual Business Survey data, thus corrected and enriched with survey data. All the files include the estimated absent companies. There are two levels of information: global and supplementary modification of structures. the main information found in these files concerns the identification of the transferring and recipient firms, and the amount of their transfers, including turnover, balance sheet total, added value, number of employees and information on their fixed assets.
