The Working Conditions - Matching to Care consumption data result from the matching of two data sources in 2016: the Working Conditions and Psychosocial Risks survey (CT-RPS) and the CNAM healthcare consumption data (SNIIR-AM). The CT-RPS survey is linked to the Working Conditions survey, which aims to complete information provided by the Employment survey on working conditions since 2005. The SNIIR-AM is a national database which aims to contribute to a better management of the French National Health system and health policies, to improve the quality of care and to transmit relevant information on their activity to healthcare professionals.
The data matching was performed on an individual level. It provides information on health care consumption, sick leave, work accidents and occupational illnesses. This will enable a better understanding of the relationship between health and work throughout the life cycle.
