Annual Workplace Accidents - Occupational Injuries data are transmitted to DARES (French Directorate for Research, Studies and Statistics) by the CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers). These are made up of two databases: the "claim" database, which includes claims and victims, and the "section" database, which includes employers (companies, establishments and sections of establishments).
