Established in France since 1968, the Agricultural Accounting Information Network (RICA) is a survey carried out in the State members of the European Union according to common rules and principals. The RICA is an instrument that allows mainly the analysis of the diversity of revenues as well as the diversity of their constitution, to draw financial and economic prognosis, and to simulate public policies impact.
