Transferts Etablissements : Transfer of establishments

Annual files on transfers of establishments are compiled from the Register of Enterprises and Establishments (REE). They cover metropolitan France and the overseas departments and territories. In terms of establishment demographics, the transfer of an establishment corresponds to the transfer of all means of productions from one establishment in one location to another one: there must be both an establishment cessation at the place of departure and an establishment creation at the place of arrival. Each transfer is registered. Each record includes information on the movement at both the place of departure and the place of arrival.
