Conducted every six years since 1993, the aim of the Survey on Labour Relations and Agreement Negotiations is to understand the dynamics of industrial relations between management, employee representative bodies and employees. It is therefore made up of three sections: "management representative", "staff representative" and "employees". The "staff representative" section interviews the representatives of the majority list in the last professional elections, regardless of the type of mandate held (union representative or elected official), and it includes information on: - The activity of staff representative - Trade union organizations, employee representative institutions and employee participation - Wage policies - Negotiation and conflicts. The scope of the survey includes establishments in the commercial and associative sectors (excluding agriculture) in metropolitan France excluding Corsica. Establishments may be fully-fledged companies or only one of the establishments of a company. Since 2011, only establishments with 11 or more employees are surveyed.
