CT_Salariés_Employeurs : Working Conditions - Matching Employees and Employers

Years : RPS_2016, 2019
+

Producer : Ministry of Labour (DARES)

The Working Conditions survey was carried out in the North of France until 2005, with the objective of completing the information derived from the Employment survey on working conditions. Since 2013, the system has been extended to cover certain subjects in greater depth and to address new issues such as exposure to psychosocial risks. Since then, every three years, a Working Conditions (WC) survey dedicated to psychosocial risks (CT-RPS) is conducted, with an increased number of questions on this subject and a WC survey describing working conditions in greater detail. Since 2013, the CT-RPS survey has been carried out in two parts: an "individual" part based on questions asked of a sample of employees and an "employer" part based on a questionnaire sent by post to employers, in particular the employers of the employees surveyed. The "Working Conditions - Matching Employees and Employers" source is derived from matching data from the "employee" component with data from the "employer" component for employers whose employees were surveyed. In particular, it provides information for assessing the convergence or divergence of employees' and their employers' opinions on their working conditions. The scope of this survey covers metropolitan France and four overseas departments (Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and Reunion). It includes establishments in all sectors, market or not, public or private, having 10 or more employees.
